A Journey into Becoming More of Who You Are Meant to Be
Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything you know how to do… but somehow, it still doesn’t feel like enough? That maybe you’ve outgrown a version of yourself, but you’re not quite sure what’s next?
That’s the tension of transformation and it’s also the invitation.
Shifting your brilliance means being willing to release what once worked, in order to embrace what is waiting to emerge. It’s recognizing that the same mindset or methods that got you here may not be enough to take you forward. You may want new, expansive results but you’re still using outdated thinking, old habits, or borrowed beliefs to get there.
In my coaching journey with young women rediscovering who they are, I’ve seen this again and again: breakthroughs begin when we stop holding on to comfort and start leaning into change.
This kind of growth demands two things:
- A new mindset — open, curious, future-focused.
- An evolving skillset — refined, relevant, and rooted in your identity.
Let’s be honest. Growth is uncomfortable but it is also beautiful. Because with every shift, you get clearer on your strengths, your voice, and your value. You begin to show up with purpose, instead of performance. You lead from within, not from expectation.
Take a moment and reflect:
- What are the habits, roles, or thought patterns that used to serve you… but no longer do?
- What strengths do you need to polish?
- What new capacities like empathy, conscious inclusion, or self-leadership need to be developed?
Here’s the truth: You don’t have to have all the answers.
What matters is asking better questions.
Every day, ask yourself:
- Why are we doing it this way?
- Is there a better way?
- What will I do today better than I did yesterday?
These questions aren’t just about productivity; they are about evolution. They push you to lead with vision instead of habit. They help you shift from surviving yesterday to designing tomorrow.
What happens when you choose to shift your brilliance?
✨ You gain clarity.
✨ You become more adaptable.
✨ You unlock new levels of confidence and creativity.
✨ You show up with greater purpose and presence.
One of the most liberating things I’ve learned and now teach is this:
Letting go of what’s familiar doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you’re growing.
“Change is not your enemy; it’s your invitation to evolve.”
Sis, I know you have dreams. You want to matter. You want your life and your work to have impact whether on a global stage or in the quiet spaces of someone’s healing. And you can.
But first, you must give yourself permission to shift.
To ask new questions.
To move with new grace.
To grow beyond what’s convenient… and into what’s calling.
Because your brilliance was never meant to stay the same.
It was made to expand
